Common Questions
Is there a road access to the land?
Yes, of course! At Turim Real Estate, we do not sell land without a road access. You can easily access your property without having to cross anyone else's land.
What about utilities?
Luna County is perfect for off-grid living! You can dig a well/Use a water tank and install a septic tank on your land!
Can I use the land before completing the payment?
We are sorry to disappoint you, but the land cannot be used before payment is completed, as you are not yet the owners and the responsibility still lies with us .
Is it possible to pay the land off early?
Yes, just give us a heads-up.
Can I build or camp on the land?
You can build almost whatever you want on the land. As for camping, you can camp there for up to 30 days a year without a permit, and for up to 180 days a year with a permit that you can easily get from the county.
